At Dravunexi we believe personal information deserves responsible handling. This policy explains which data we collect, why we collect it and how you can exercise control under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 and the international standards applicable in 2026.
Data controller
Dravunexi Educación Financiera S.A.S., CUIT 30-71845329-2, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1500, 7th floor, office 712, Buenos Aires, is the data controller for the information collected through dravunexi.com.
Which data we process
We only collect what we need to answer enquiries (name, email and message) plus anonymous technical information about site usage when you give us your consent. We do not process sensitive data or operational financial information.
Purpose
We use your data to answer enquiries, improve educational content and, when you explicitly authorise it, measure the effectiveness of educational campaigns on Google Ads through Consent Mode v2.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent and, where applicable, the controller's legitimate interest in securing the proper operation of the site.
Retention and security
We retain messages received for a maximum of 24 months. Data is hosted on servers located in the European Union with encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection by writing to privacidad@dravunexi.com. The Public Information Access Agency is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
Third parties
We work with providers such as Google (Ads and analytics services) under data processing agreements. These parties only act after your explicit consent in line with Consent Mode v2.
Changes to this policy
Whenever we update this policy we will let you know with a prominent notice on the site for at least fifteen days.
We do not provide financial services.
